We guarantee our Personalised products to be free of manufacturing errors, or product defects. In the case that there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 3 working days from the date of receiving your package. If possible, please email us photographs of the product received so that we can properly understand the issue. Manufacturing Defect OR Error in Personalization
If there is an error in the Personalization/Spelling on our part, or a Manufacturing defect in the product itself, we will replace your Order immediately without any additional cost to you.
General dis-satisfaction, or unhappiness with Product
In the case that you are generally unhappy with the finished product we can offer you a refund or credit for your total order amount minus a 15% re-stocking fee. The refund or credit amount shall be given to you once we receive the product in new condition, and in its original packaging. You shall be financially responsible for shipping the Product back to us. In the case that you would like for us to collect the product from your location, it may be charge-able on an actual basis based on the number of items to be collected.
NOTE: Credit/Refunds will NOT be possible in this case for products made from Glass (Wine Glasses, Whisky Glasses, Champagne Glasses etc) or Ceramic products (Mugs etc), or our Towels.
