ORDERING PROCESS AND ORDER STATUS

How can I TRACK my Order?
As soon as your Order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail that will contain the NAME of the Courier, as well as the TRACKING NUMBER.  You will be able to get the current status of your Order by visiting the link and entering your Tracking number.

 

How do I know that you have received my Order?
Upon successfully completing your Order, you will receive an e-mail from us THANKING YOU for your Order.  You will also find your Order under the MY ACCOUNT section.  In the case that you have completed your Order and do not receive the email, or cannot see the Order under MY ACCOUNT, please contact us via Phone at +91 9899550782, or via e-mail at support@perfico.com

 

Why does my Order still say PENDING?
Every new Order is placed under PENDING status, until we have had a chance to confirm that we will be able to successfully complete your Order.  Orders are confirmed by us during our working hours of 9 am till 5:30 pm (Monday through Saturday).  Once your Order has been confirmed, you will receive an email from us, and you will also see the status of your Order change to CONFIRMED.

 

Can I CANCEL or CHANGE my Order? 
Absolutely.  However, please send us the request as soon as possible.  It is NOT possible to CANCEL or CHANGE any details once your Order has been Confirmed.  In order to serve you better, we try our best to complete your Order immediately, once it has been Confirmed. 

 

What if there is a mis-spelling on my order?
Not a problem.  Please send us an e-mail notifying us of the Error as soon as possible.  It is NOT possible to CHANGE any details once your Order has been Confirmed.  In order to serve you better, we try our best to complete your Order immediately, once it has been Confirmed.

 

Do you offer GIFT WRAPPING?
Yes.  You have the ability to request your Order to be Gift Wrapped during the Checkout Process.  There may/may not be a charge applicable which will be shown to you during the Checkout.

 

Can I send a PERSONAL MESSAGE along with my Gift?
Yes.  You have the ability to send a personal message along with your Order.  The option to enter the details of the message will be shown to you during Checkout.  There is NO FEE for this service.  We will print your message, and send it along with your Order.

 

Do you ship PRICE DETAILS along the Order?
No.  We only include a Packing List with your Order.  This document does NOT include any pricing information.

 

Can I see a PREVIEW or PROOF of my Order?
Absolutely.  Once you have placed your Order, simply send us a request via e-mail, along with your Order Number.  We will e-mail you a preview for approval, prior to dispatching your Orders.  Please note that previews are prepared during our working hours of 9 am till 5:30 pm (Monday through Saturday).

 

PAYMENTS & DISCOUNTS

What type of PAYMENT METHODS do you accept?
We currently accept most Credit Cards and Debit Cards.  We also accept direct payment via Net Banking.  All of these payments are made via our Payment Gateway partner, EBS.  During checkout, you will be securely re-directed to their Site, and then brought back to us to complete the process. 

 

Do you offer CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
No.  We DO NOT currently offer CASH ON DELIVERY services.

 

Is your site SECURE for CREDIT CARD and NETBANKING payments?
Yes.  Our payment gateway partners offer 100% secure transactions.  You will be redirected to their site during checkout, and then brought back to us to complete the process.

What should I enter in COUPON CODE option?
Once you are registered with us, we will periodically e-mail Coupon Codes for you to use and Enjoy.

How long will take for my Order to be DISPATCHED?
In order to serve you better, we try our best to dispatch your Order within 24 Hours.  There are certain items, that take longer.  We provide you with the estimated of the time to dispatch your Order on every Product page.



How long will take for my Order to REACH ME?
The shipping time varies from location to location.  We will try our best to dispatch your Order within 24 hours.  It usually takes 2-4 days after that for the Order to reach you.  If you have any questions, or concerns regarding shipping, please contact us via Phone at +91 9899550782, or via e-mail at support@perfico.com.

 

What are your SHIPPING CHARGES? 
Zero.  We currently do not charge for Shipping. Shipping is FREE.
 

Can I receive my Order TODAY or TOMORROW?

Do you have Delivery SERVICE IN MY AREA?

Can you guarantee DELIVERY ON SPECIFIC DATE?
No.  As we use professional courier companies, we are unable to guarantee the exact date of delivery.  However, if the order is being placed more than a week away from the desired delivery date, we can try our best to arrange delivery on the required date, or the day before.

I am having an issue/problem completing my Order.  Please Help!
Please don't worry.  Our awesome Customer Service staff is here to help.  If you are placing your Order during our working hours of 9am till 5:30pm (Monday through Saturday), you can simply click the CHAT button, and we will help you immediately.  If you are having issues AFTER our working you can simply email your Order details to support@perfico.com, and we will create your Order for you.  The details we would require are:

o Your Name and Phone Number

o Recipient Name and Phone Number
